Shadey provides custom, made to order window furnishings to your exact specifications which includes measurements and componentry. Once manufactured, these products are custom to only your specifications and as such cannot be cancelled or returned to Shadey. If the product you've received has a defect or doesn't meet expectations, Shadey will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Shadey will organise pickup and or delivery of products in this case at no cost to you.
